The UN Security council just authorized a no-fly zone over Libya. The rebels in Benghazi welcomed this development.
But will this matter for the loyalty of Gaddafi's "winning coalition"? Or will the US and other countries be drawn into a potentially ineffective military campaign against Gaddafi?
