With talks of more meetings between North Korea and America, once again North Korea conducts some more launches in to the sea. This is becoming a common occurrence when there is international movement around North Korea. When North Korea is being looked upon by other states internationally, they often times turn to launches to show strength and gain leverage in discussions.
