I've updated the template for the final essay. As I note in the template, you can just use it directly to write your essays - just delete my words.
The main sections you really need to worry about are the results section (where you describe the overall results for the classification exercise - basically, describe what results you think emerge from this post here: http://politicalpathologies.blogspot.co.nz/2013/10/pols209-democracy-dataset-visualizing_8.html for the research question) and the analysis section (where you can either look at a country in more detail, or discuss the limitations of our data and methods).
