Dictatorships and Confusion VII

Whoops almost forgot to do the post this week..

Singapore's most wanted man... caught? Mas Selamat, a top terrorism suspect of Singapore, was caught on the 1st of April this year. He is the suspected Singapore leader of Jemaah Islamiah, blamed for attacks including the 2002 Bali bombings.
But whats strange is that it took more than a month after his capture to inform the general public, it seems to me rather odd that they would want to hide their prize from public view, instead of displaying it proudly on the top shelf.

Perhaps that was the reason why the ISD saw no reason to inform the public as fast as they could. But surely such news should never be withheld, especially if it is about a man who could threaten the security and lives of Singaporeans with his very presence?

Maybe im just thinking too much into this.. but it just seems rather odd.
