Shoot 'em dead

Here is an article that i found particularly interesting, espeically due to its western world origin. it brings about questions of how revolutions are genuinely portrayed within society? I mean us as students studying the subject of revolutions are lucky as we are able to gain the knowledge of how revolutions come about and how they may happen in many different ways. im not sure if it is due to the society at the time (im sure this would have played a part) but im sure that there are many misconceptions of revolutions e.g that they must all be violent. this lady in the article, Sara Jane Moore who tried to assasinate Gerald Ford in 1975 said that she believed that the only way to bring about a revolutionary change was to shoot him dead.
