blog post week 3

with the idea raised this week about Turkmenistan is how is it a totalitarianism or is it even a totalitarianism state.

on the State department website (Which has a bias) has draw for other sources has stated that Turkmenistan is responsible for the indecent treatment and killing of journalist Olgusapar Muradova in 2006 which differed from the main Turkmenistan political idea.

also that Turkmenistan has had a president for life until he died in the late 2000's Saparmurat Niyazov which is another sign of the era at least showing signs of being a totalitarianism state.

also with in 2007 with digital commons has its on report on the totalitarianism of the state of Turkmenistan which in short does out line after the USSR fell and after shady elections that saparumtrat made himself president for life and under his rule put in reforms that stomped out political dissent and ethic and some faiths as well.
