The Nuclear Issue and Governance.
Who would you trust to be in charge of Nuclear Weapons? When would you expect your leaders to use them? Not that the Kiwis would have them, but lets be theoretical here.
Who should hold the power of the destrustion of the world in their hand. No one.It is to much power for someone to have. Fire of nuclear weapons of one country would most likely be met with a retaliatory action by the other in which both countries, continents or the world are destroyed. Though it is mainly the presidents or primeministers that are in charge of these weapons are they in the right hands. What if China or India had some Fanatic dictator come to power who was very anti west came to power and had that power at his fingertips, it's a very scary thought. Also in North Korea at the moment with it's launch of it's new missile and a leader who is failing in Health may want to go out in a bang, if you know what i mean.
Haha classic. :D
