Our study question for this class is wether or not Dictatorships have a higher natural tendancy for armed conflict than Democracies, and the base hypothesis is that naturally they are. However, wars are more conplicated than just the political regimes involved, and base assumptions can be disproven, or even just slightly altered towards another path. 

Proffesor of Political Science at Korea University Nam Kyu Kim argues that Military rule becomes violent based on hostile environments rather than simply having a natural urge for violence, and how military regimes become less violent once these factors have been removed, even more so than civilian dictatorships.
