Titles

 I think our dear leader deserves a title which befits his position. Titles are used by many leaders, some are better than others, some just use the name of their office. There are a lot of Associate Professors, while this is something he should clearly be proud of, maybe it is worth getting another title, something more unique.

I propose some thing like First Lord Of The Academia, Disseminator Of All Information That Is Accurate And Truthful, With Excellent  Knowledge In All Things, Xavier Marquez.
